- 25 % of rent will be deducted against the cancellation of booking 15 days before the date of function.
- No Refund of rent if cancellation is done less than 15 days before the function date.
- Only 4 cars parking will be allowed inside the premises for badminton court, club ground & poolside during the function.
- Only 2 cars parking will be allowed inside the club premises for Mini banquet during the function.
- Music/sound allowed up to 10.00 p.m only.
- For Commercial/Corporate event rates are subject to changes.
- Use of adhesive tapes on the wall is strictly not allowed.
- Food court shall remain open for dinning/catering only till 11.30 p.m. for badminton court function.

- If alcohol is to be served during the function /party member has to obtain license from state excise department and submit liquor bill to the admin office before serving alcohol.
- Refund of security deposit/cancellation only after 10 working days from the date of receipt of application
- Music system with lights in badminton court Rs.12000 + DJ player Rs.2500 extra, only music system Rs.6000/-
- DJ with lights in Mini banquet Rs.4600/- plus DJ player Rs.2500/- extra, only music system Rs.2000/- upto 10.00 p.m. only.
